Ken Mason is a Notary, which in Maine means he is a Justice of
the Peace! Ken is happy to perform small civic services (up to about
20 ppl) for Inn guests and
your friends can stay with us too!
Inn Policies

Inn Rates
include extended Continental Breakfast in the 1850 Boathouse Room
Daily rates based on two
persons. $15 extra per night for 3rd person in room. Any child in a
crib is free but does count toward total unit capacity.
Check in time is
after 3 P.M. -
Check out time is 11:00 A.M. or prior
7% Maine State sales tax
is not included
Minimum stays may be
required during select peak occupancy dates. Holiday Rates may be in
effect Presidents, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day &
Prelude Weekends.
All guests enjoy our lighted shuffleboard, manicured croquet court, playground
and children's sandbox facilities. Plus Wireless Internet Access in the
Inn -
FREE!
The Inn is 100% Smoke Free.
Deposit Policy: First
Night or 30% (whichever is greater) is due when reservation is made.
Balance is due upon
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel anytime, your deposit will be refunded, less a $20
cancellation fee, if, and only if, your room is re-rented (note: the
entire length of stay must be re-rented). No refunds or partial
credits for early departures.

 Cottage
Policies
 Payment: A deposit of 30% is
required at time of reservation. Balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation: If it is
necessary to cancel a reservation, the deposit will be returned when
the accommodation has been rented to others, less a $50 processing
fee. Guests are responsible for the full length of their reservation.
No refunds or partial credits for early departures.
Cots and cribs at $50 per
week are available.
One or two well-behaved pets
are welcome in our cottages; there is a $25 per pet fee cleaning fee. Pets must not make any noise that
would/could bother other guests.
We have coin operated
washers & dryers available.
All but "Port" and
"1725 Homestead" cottages have large private decks
Housekeeping is not included
in our cottages during your stay. Linen exchange is available after
7-days.
Our private beach is just
steps from each unit and all guests enjoy our lighted shuffleboard, manicured croquet court, playground
and children's sandbox facilities.
Free Wireless Internet
Access is available in the Inn and may work in some cottages (but not
all).
The cottages are open
seasonally (approximately May 1 thru October 31 annually).
Minimum stays required
during certain dates.
