"The Dunes"
- A year round two-bedroom beach house directly on the beach with
2.5 baths.
This beachfront home has a fireplace, cable TV,
and pull in garage. Private stairs directly to beach, backyard
fenced in for pets or children. Full kitchen with dishwasher,
microwave and all pots and pans.
One bedroom with a full size bed
and one with two twins. Breezeway with pull-out sofa.
Dunes guests get FREE access to the local
Fitness
Center featuring all of the latest fitness equipment.

Cleaning Fee: All Dunes reservations are subject to a
$150 Housekeeping/Cleaning Fee upon departure.
Dune Deposit Policy: A 15% deposit is due upon
reservation. 50% of the total amount due is required 30-days prior to
arrival. The balance is due upon arrival. All Deposits for the Dunes are non-refundable.
Dune Payment Policy: All payments for the Dunes
must be via Check* or Money Order made payable to: "Homestead Management
Group." *Personal checks accepted until 30-days prior to arrival and
then all checks must be certified.
